Hi, I’m Isis. I leverage the power of neurodiversity to help people reach their potential and build a better world.

What can I do for you?

  • Give members of your organization the opportunity to learn about everything from Neurodiversity 101 to uprooting bias. Grounded in a decade of global workforce research and hundreds of hours of manager and career coaching, my workshops and webinars leverage a unique, nonlinear, neurodivergent approach to deconstruct and demystify a broad range of topics.

  • As an ICF-certified coach, I leverage my decade of experience in global workplace research, diversity consulting, and neurodivergent community building to:

    • help neurodivergent professionals and women navigate the barriers and inequities that pervade the working world

    • support corporate leaders to improve their inclusion competency as their workforces grow more diverse

    • provide parents will the skillset to support their neurodivergent kids to their fullest potential

    • enable young people to transform their fears about humanity's future into a healthy and resilient mindset (free pilot group happening now!)

Individuals and organizations can purchase coaching packages customized to meet their unique goals. Inquire for more information.

  • Cover your bases by retaining me as a coach, consultant, or advisor for a flat monthly fee. Whether you need L&D support for more robust DEI programming, ad hoc guidance for leaders of diverse organizations, or on-demand coaching for your neurodivergent team members, a retainer agreement provides peace of mind and a go-to partner for a broad range of employee needs.

  • With extensive experience as an engaging panelist, moderator, and podcast guest, I am comfortable speaking and facilitating across a broad spectrum of topics related to employee experience, workplace culture, diversity, and leadership. My previous appearances offer an idea of what you can expect if you bring me in to speak at your event, conference, or podcast.
